Return Policy for In-Person Sales

We strive to ensure that your yarn purchases leave you feeling as warm and cozy as your favourite jumper.

Yarn can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase as long as it remains in its original condition and packaging. 

Hooks, Needles, Notions and Patterns cannot be returned or exchanged.
